My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was great, just a short walk from the promenade and close to essential amenities. The rooms, though clean, felt a bit like a prison cell with small windows high up that couldn't be opened. The service was exceptional, with the staff always going the extra mile. The dining options were somewhat limited, especially if you're not a vegetarian.

During peak times, room size became an issue, leading to being relocated to the lobby with inadequate dining setups. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff being courteous like Alejandro at reception while others seemed to take advantage by overcharging for taxi fares. The location, albeit convenient with a short walk to the beach and nearby amenities, fell short in terms of seating comfort outdoors. Dining was a pleasant surprise with delicious meals and a satisfactory breakfast service. Overall, the stay was mixed with some positives like the location and dining experience but also notable drawbacks in room comfort and service reliability.
